Marathon & Beyond: 1996-2015
This magazine was originally published in 1996 by Human Kinetics, and Richard Benyo was a contributor. When HK decided to terminate the publication at the end of 1996, Richard Benyo together with Jan Seeley bought and relaunched it. They managed it throughout its entire run (a total of 114 issues) until its final issue, December, 2015. More information and all the issues are available at its custodian, MarathonHandbook.com.
